Amadeus Philippines launches Amadeus e-Support Centre, a 24-hour online support solution available for travel agents

Manila, Philippines, 08 September 2008: Amadeus, the global leader in technology and distribution solutions for the travel and tourism industry, has launched a 24-hour online support solution for users of the Amadeus Selling Platform in the Philippines.

Travel agents in the Philippines will now have to spend less time on the phone to resolve their queries. Amadeus e-Support Centre for Travel Agents is an online tool accessible directly from the Amadeus Selling Platform, which means that the agent does not have to interrupt their workflow and can access it directly from their terminal.
