Reinforcing the Amadeus position as a true technology partner, the Sophia Antipolis site includes an Operations Research and Innovation division which focuses on the emergence of creative solutions.

This is coupled with a strong patenting policy which has been put in place to protect our innovations.

Over the years, close collaboration has been established with research teams in leading institutes throughout the world such as MIT in Boston.

We have also tapped into the technology park’s wealth of expertise within the context of the French SCS (Secured Communicating Solutions) Cluster. Joint projects are currently underway with key players in the wireless industry in order to develop customized services for the traveller.

Sophia Games

For the past decade, the Sophia Games have taken place in Sophia Antipolis. Team spirit and fair play are the key values celebrated at these games where students and employees working all over the Sophia Antipolis area compete in over 30 different sporting events.
