Who takes care of those who care?

You are forever urged to improve your services and (rightly) advised to enhance your customers’ booking and travel experience. So, who takes care of you? Your technology partner, of course. Who else? For example, do you need a helping hand with financial claims? Think Amadeus Support Services... we take over some of the less attractive (and time-consuming) tasks.

If we want our customers to be successful, we have to look after them first, and take on some of their difficulties and timewasters. We want to achieve the highest possible level of customer satisfaction and therefore adopt a systematic, customer-focused approach to solving your claims issues, handling your complaints, as well as sending you notifications to cover potential outages.

Make use of your technology partner! Contact your local Amadeus representatives whenever you have a financial claim that needs to be solved. They will help assess the situation and either settle it there and then or, in the case of unexpected complications, they can always contact one of the Amadeus Regional Service Management Centres who deliver support services of the highest quality.
