Two different interfaces (catering for the needs of travel agents as well as for those of end consumers) use the information in the PNR to show only products relevant to place, date and time.

Q: What are the benefits for a single-site travel agent?

A: Travel agency customers expect a lot, and now more than ever. With A&E, single-site agents can be as good as any online travel agency: the broad range of guides makes them instant experts, and they can immediately recommend the best places to see, eat, drink, shop and explore. In other words, A&E enhances the customer's perception of the travel agent's services and logically improves customer loyalty.

And then it helps agencies collect commissions on the spot because they pay net of commission; and since they need not waste time on calls or web searches, they can sell worldwide destination content super productively.

Q: How does a travel agency connect?

A: A&E is available through multiple channels. The B2B version is integrated as a smart tab in Amadeus Selling Platform. Furthermore,
the travel agency's customers can also access it through links in their itinerary e-mails and in CheckMyTrip which takes them to the B2C version of the platform.

Q: And last but not least, is it easy to use?

A: The great thing about A&E is that the platform is incredibly intuitive and really simple to use. Also, it's so similar to many normal booking interfaces that there really will be no need for training. And by having the customer's destination and travel dates provided in the PNR, it's easy and fast to find the right content.
