As you can see, at least 50% of you are convinced that enhanced customer service will be instrumental in retaining customers, and by far the majority (80%) of your answers indicate that a key part of your business is a website, while a great number (31%) of agencies are convinced that charging service fees is one of the best strategies to contribute to filling in the gap left by disappearing commissions.
