To the rescue comes newly re-designed Amadeus Queues, yet another 'must have' - a practical solution, essential for the management of communication and booking between providers, branches and Amadeus.

What is Amadeus Queues?

Amadeus Queues is a powerful communication tool that allows you to send, store and manage information. PNRs and Messages can be modified and sent to queues in your own or in branch offices. You can place PNRs and Messages automatically in Queue Banks. Each office can use a maximum of 60 Queues!

How does Amadeus Queues save me time?

Since this is an exceedingly flexible and sophisticated queues package (for example, hundreds of sub queues as well as a date range facility are available) it helps you and your staff prioritise your workload and improve the quality of your agency's after sales service.

Clear, easy, intuitive!

We have been re-thinking queue management for some time now, and the result is a new and refreshing way to manage your PNRs in a queue. With Amadeus Selling Platform 3.3, the graphic queue area - now referred to as 'Powered Queue' - has been completely redesigned. This new release offers you a number of new and interesting features and benefits, such as a clearer visualisation and a more intuitive navigation!

Preview and sort - fast

You can now preview each PNR in a given queue, resize the individual windows within the queue page and sort each column by preferred criteria (eg departure date, company, etc). All queues are also listed on the left-hand side of the screen, providing an at-a-glance overview of all available queues. A pop-up calendar allows you to easily change the queue display date.

...and, thanks to technology, you are becoming faster and faster when dealing with all the unavoidable daily chores. Take advantage of other improvements we made to queue management such as queue bounce, print all PNRs, change the name or category of the queue, delay PNR in queue, transfer PNRs from one queue to another without fuss, and much, much more. Working in a more streamlined and proactive way within the queue graphic area is another step towards increased productivity and impressing your customers.
