3 new ways to get the most out of Amadeus Service Hub

Hey there. I see you. You’ve helped make Amadeus Service Hub a success, but that doesn’t mean we’ve stopped listening to how we can make it better!

If you haven’t been to Amadeus Service Hub lately, your usage and feedback has led us to develop new features that could help you save you time and serve your customers better.

Here are 3 new ways to get the most out of Amadeus Service Hub:

Check the Trending Now and Most Viewed How To’s boxes on the home page for shortcuts to the hottest topics and most used articles. These dynamic boxes are always updated with the hottest topics affecting the travel agency community or those articles that are used the most. Chances are what you’re looking for is right there on the home page. Don’t forget to click the plus sign to expand the box!

Subscribe to important articles so you’re always alerted by updates. The content in Amadeus Service Hub is always being refreshed and some articles, like our TLS 1.2 FAQs, are updated more often.  Just scroll to the bottom of the article and click Subscribe.

Send your Certificate resets and Hardware ID reissues to the help desk via Case Logging and keep working while we take care of it. In the old days, (like 2016) you had to actually pick up a phone to do this! Now all you have to do is go to the Online Requests tab and click Hardware ID reissue or CID reset and send us as many as you need. By the way, check this article if you’re not sure what kind of a reset to request.
