TravelPop: Atlas Travel’s Lea Cahill on engaging travelers and leveraging technology

Increasing traveler engagement through gamification and utilizing merchandizing techniques are key in the ability to better service clients and develop programs that shape the future of travel, according to Lea Cahill, Chief Operating Officer of Atlas Travel, an award-winning travel management company offering corporate travel management and vacation planning along with meeting, incentive, convention and event services.

In our latest TravelPop video, Lea shares how gamification programs are engaging travelers and employees, thus enabling TMCs to better service their clients to help them achieve their goals. For Lea’s random “pop” question, she shared what work she would enjoy doing if she wasn’t in the travel industry, which would also keep her “on her toes.”
