The Amadeus Customer Support is dedicated to providing service excellence to our customers around Malaysia. Our consultants come from extensive and diverse travel industry backgrounds, giving them first-hand knowledge of customers needs. We provide:
Direct access to an experienced team of multi-skilled Customer Service Consultants. Each consultant has completed intensive Amadeus training to ensure the highest level of support and expertise possible
Specialists dedicated to particular system features such as Fares and Ticketing or Technical Troubleshooting.
Extended hours of service to ensure maximum support to all customers
