UMW Travel becomes Malaysia’s first corporation to adopt Amadeus’ award-winning travel management solution

Amadeus e-Travel Management helps UMW Group maximise travel efficiency

Shah Alam, Selangor (Malaysia), 5 February 2008: Amadeus, a leading global technology and distribution partner to the travel industry, today announced its partnership with UMW Travel Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of UMW Holding Bhd, one of the largest locally-owned companies in Malaysia, making it the first corporation in Malaysia to adopt Amadeus’ award-winning e-Travel Management solution (AeTM).

 

With over 11,000 employees and diverse business interests that include automotive, equipment, manufacturing and engineering and Oil & Gas, AeTM will help UMW Group administer its global employee travel needs and manage its corporate travel policy in a seamless manner.
