Amadeus Customer Profiles offers one of the easiest, quickest and most secure tools for creating, storing and distributing corporate and individual profiles in the market today.
Through Customer Profiles, customer information such as PNR data and passenger references are effectively stored and maintained in Amadeus and can be instantly accessible within the Amadeus reservation functionality.
Customer profiles are divided into the following categories:
