Increase data security
Amadeus Security provides secure access to data and effective management of information at corporate or individual branch level, it also controls the way agents and offices can retrieve and manipulate PNRs, Customer Profiles, Queues and Stock Master Files. Amadeus centrally defines and controls all terminals (users) and external system accesses to Amadeus data and transactions.
Security Packages:
- Office Profile (OFP): Allows an office to customize and manage its working environment according to its specific business needs and agency preferences
- Local Security (LOS): Allows the creation and maintenance of the sign banks, which contain all agent signs that exist in one office and associated attributes defining the security profile of an agent, plus additional information such as agent's own preferences. Individual agents can display and update certain elements of their profiles, depending on the rights granted to them by their Local Security Administrator (LSA)
- Terminal Record: Allows the management of static and dynamic terminal information
- Extended Ownership Security (EOS): Allows better control of the access of data belonging to each Amadeus user
- Sign In & Sign Out: Allows the connection and disconnection to/from the Central System by an authorized agent, the display of their working areas
- Remote Office: The Remote Office allows an End User, from a Source Office, to emulate the access to the online Central System of a specified Target Office
- Transaction Security: Allows, at input time, specific transactions to an office or agent
