Training
The implementation of Amadeus e-Learning implies the appointment of a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator who will need to attend Part 1 of the training course outlined below.
If content creation and / or customization via local solutions are envisaged, then the LMS Administrator will also need to attend Part 2 of the training course outlined below.
Once trained, the LMS Administrator is entitled to participate and contribute in the various Open Forums of Amadeus e-Learning dealing with e-learning deployment and support issues.
The training is provided by Educational Systems and Services – Online Learning Services MKT/GMK/GCS/ESS/OLS.
Part 1: Learning Management System – User Administration (Mandatory)

Documentation
The training module (Amadeus e-Learning AdministratorProceduresTMv1.pdf) explains how to administer the Learning Management System (LMS) which is required to implement Amadeus e-Learning. This module is distributed when the Administrators attend the training course and is available on-line in the Amadeus e-Learning Site reserved for the LMS Administrators.
Technical Requirements
Amadeus e-Learning is best viewed with the hardware and software listed below. Although the content can be viewed with minimum requirements, the performance and comfort of the learner will be better with the recommended requirements.

• 64 MB memory, 128 recommended
• Minimum 16-bit colour video card at 800 x 600 resolution (24-bit colour at 800 x 600 recommended)
• SVGA 15" monitor with 14,5" viewable area capable of 800 x 600 resolution
• Internet connection (modem, cable, ADSL, LAN, ISDN) 56 kB modem as minimum, 128 KB recommended
