Flexible data transfer vehicle used for automated transfer of fare and booking data in real time

The Information Management Record (IMR) offers users the possibility to transmit booking and fare information on Amadeus Passenger Name Records from travel agency and ATO/CTO offices to management information systems for information and statistics purpose. Such passenger booking information could include flight, car, hotel, tours, travel assistance, and cruise data.

The IMR can be transmitted independently on valuable document operations. It can be sent upon specific changes in the booking, depending on what the external application intends to process. Our customers can get early information on booking and fares for statistics purposes.

This allows back-office and management information systems to get information before or after ticketing. They can track booking and fare changes, mainly for statistics and quality control purposes.
