When bringing new hotels into the Amadeus LinkHotel family, we welcome properties and groups that meet the following basic criteria:

| 1. | Not currently loaded in the GDS, or looking to switch hotel management company | Hotels cannot be dually represented in the GDS. |
| 2. | Favourable location | Hotels located in major towns/cities or within 100km of an airport have wider appeal. However, hotels which have been specifically requested by an agency or corporation to be loaded in the GDS have immediate booking potential, regardless of their location. |
| 3. | Competitive room rates | Hotels benefit from offering best available rates (BAR) as well as standard, negotiated and promotional rates. |
| 4. | Sufficient inventory | Hotels should have a minimum of 20 rooms in order to meet the potential demand from multiple distribution channels. |
| 5. | Suitable amenities | Corporate travellers expect certain services, (e.g. wifi, superior rooms, laundry service), which may differ to the requirements of leisure customers (e.g. late check-out, inclusive rates, leisure facilities) |
