Amadeus Kuwait

Amadeus Kuwait opened its doors in September 2003 to expand its operations throughout the whole State of Kuwait, extending its reach progressively to all the travel agency outlets of the country. Our strengths remain very transparent in our quality of service and the technology to drive the industry on the superhighway.

Amadeus Kuwait provides sales, travel management consultancy, training and help desk support to meet the needs of the Kuwait travel agency industry.

What can Amadeus Customer Services offer?

We give our customers more than a system to work with – we provide a complete service of Help Desk, comprehensive training and technical installations and support, besides on call services. With just one call you can access the Amadeus World of complete support.

Help Desk

Our Help Desk service is available between 08:30-20:00 Saturday to Thursday, besides on call services after office hours when our dedicated staff will be happy to assist you on any system issues.

Training

Amadeus holds regular training courses providing you with the most up-to-date knowledge on functionality and applications, ensuring that you get the very best from the Amadeus System. Training can be provided in our comfortable classroom environment with instruction tailor-made to meet your business requirements.

Courses range from complete beginners to advanced ticketing functions and are designed to maximise efficiency when using the Amadeus System.

 Technical Support

Our trained technical support team will assist with the installation and technical maintenance of your hardware. Amadeus software upgrades and equipment are offered by local support teams and if problems do occur, one call to the Help Desk will result in a timely and efficient solution.
