Amadeus Queues is a powerful communication tool that allows a user to send, store and manage information.
PNRs and Messages can be modified and sent to Queues in own or branch offices. Queue Banks are provided for automatic placement of PNRs and Messages. An office may use up to a maximum of 60 Queues.
