Helpdesk was one such initiative, which was started with the objective of helping our customer resolve their functional and technical queries and to extend support during out-of-office hours.
What started as telephonic support has extended its services to the customer via Chat, SMS and Email. A brief description of each of these activities is given below:

- Email: Replying to customer’s query through mail and follow up on cases which need further investigation and co-ordination from other parties / depts.

- Dial E-Ticket: Another addition to facilitate our customers with an out of office support towards E-Tickets issuance by just an SMS
- Not to forget Fax and Queue messages to carry out the detailed as well as written communication.
With our constant focus on customer satisfaction and keeping a good track record, helpdesk earned accolades, appreciation & award in Fares Management for the year 2007. To add to it, commendation from various customers, helpdesk bagged business from other International Amadeus sites; which shows their trust in our capability and quality of work being done.
