Amadeus Israel Development Team has developed a new tool for the Travel Agent Use
The new tool enables the travel agent to offer his client with a high level service call HOME CHECK IN.
HOME CHECK IN service is offered to EL AL passengers.
A passenger who chooses to use this service will complete his flight check in process at his preferred location (Home, Office…), his luggage will be picked up for him and delivered to the airport, and the passenger will receive his boarding tickets. The new service upgrades and intensify the flight experience at the age of modern technology.
The time saving service is currently offered to passengers from the center of Israel by HOME CHECK IN company which is certified and approved by EL AL.
As Gadi Mor, general manager of Israel ACO, the launch of this new product is accepted among the business customers as much as among family travelers.
The advantages for the travel agents are expressed by giving a very high level service to their customers and additional significant source of income.
Home check in company pays 10% commission from the service price.
