Management Information System is an option of the Amadeus Agency Manager (ACE). It is a repository of operational data gathered from the Agency Manager and allows users to present or analyse that data. Travel Agencies can offer their corporate customers access to their personal data via the Management Information System interface, providing them with instantly updateable reports.
Flexibility is a major component of the system. It has a list of standard reports and provides users with the ability to create their own standard or ad-hoc reports. Information can be viewed at the highest level and optionally “drilled down” into minute details.
Security is another important aspect of the system. Amadeus MIS is hosted in a secure environment at the Amadeus Data Centre in Erding. Your important business data is secured not only physically but also using a range of security options provided in Management Information System.
