Vincent Lextrait - Director of Hospitality Software Development

Vincent leads the Hospitality, Ground and Maritime division, which focuses on developing applications for the Hotel, Car, Rail, Cruise and Ferry reservation industries. His mission involves paying particular attention to hospitality IT and leisure solutions.
In 1997 Vincent joined Amadeus as Project Manager of the "Unix Project" and soon after he founded the Middleware department. He was previously responsible for the Airline Inventory solution.
Vincent graduated from Ecole des Mines de Paris, and holds a PhD in software engineering. He is member of ISO, ACM and IEEE, and for years has been the French head for ISO C++ standardization.

Fabrice Marchand - Head of Product Strategy and Marketing Hotel IT

Fabrice Marchand is Head of Product Strategy and Marketing for Amadeus Hotel IT. He is responsible for driving global product and marketing strategy across the full portfolio of Hotel IT solutions, as well as identifying new business opportunities and developing partnerships.
Fabrice joined Amadeus in 1993. Prior to his current role, Fabrice worked in Corporate Strategy, where he was responsible for Amadeus Travel Services (non-air) strategy. He master-minded Amadeus’ hotel diversification with the vision of delivering a complete suite of integrated solutions – from booking to check-out.
Before joining Amadeus, Fabrice held several positions in sales, product management, business development and strategy in leading technology companies for the travel industry, including Sabre Travel Group and Resarail 2000.

Patrick Gloriès - Head of Sales for Europe and Asia Hotel IT

Patrick is responsible for managing and driving the Sales of Amadeus Hotel IT solutions in the Europe / Middle East / Africa and Asia / Pacific regions.
Joining Amadeus in 1998, Patrick managed Back-Office solutions before heading the Developer Assistance Program and launching the Amadeus Application Programing Interface (API). He then headed Amadeus Hospitality Distribution before taking care of EMEA Sales for Moneydirect, the Amadeus-Sabre Joint Venture proposing Payment Solutions to the Travel Industry.Before this, after he graduated from Ecole Supérieure (“Supélec”), Patrick spent 12 years with IBM Microelectronics and Networking Divisions, in various Development, Marketing and International Sales positions. -
Cathrine Holmner - Head of Commercial and Bid Management Hotel IT

As the Head of Commercial and Bid Management, Cathrine Holmner is responsible for driving the global Hotel IT sales strategy and commercial development of the Hotel IT business working closely with local Hotel IT teams around the world.
Since joining Amadeus in 1996, Cathrine has directed a range of crucial projects for Amadeus. Prior to her current role, she was a key driver in securing the initial contracts that paved the way for Amadeus’ Airline IT business and she lead a bid management team who contributed to the build-up of the Altea portfolio.
Prior to joining Amadeus, Cathrine worked as a qualified accountant and business controller for various companies in Sweden.

Gwenaele Monboisset - Unit Manager, Product Management Hotel IT

As Unit Manager, Gwen is responsible for driving the Amadeus Hotel Platform product direction. Since she joined Amadeus in 2005, she has been solely focused on Hotel IT customer requirements and worked closely with the development team to shape the next generation Hotel Platform, integrating CRS, PMS, RMS, Distribution and Content management.
Before joining Amadeus, Gwen worked for six years in America’s Silicon Valley; first as sales engineer for Lucent Technologies, then as product manager for a start-up company delivering enterprise middleware and mobile e-business applications. Gwen holds a Master of Electrical Engineering (MSEE) from Supelec in Paris, France.

Eric Boudin - Head of Amadeus Hotel Development

As the Head of Amadeus Hotel Platform Development organization, Eric is responsible for supporting the emergence and evolution of Amadeus Hotel Platform, keeping the hospitality industry needs at the heart and center of our development.
Eric graduated from Ecole Nationale Superieure des Arts et Metiers de Paris. Eric joined Amadeus to take part in the elaboration of the first open systems and interfaces of the Amadeus Global Distribution System. He was subsequently involved in the Airline IT ticketing reengineering, paving the way to achieve a 100% e-ticketing in the airline world. Eric led the development of the Car rental and the Leisure solutions, prior to joining the Amadeus Hotel Platform team in 2007.

Jérôme Destors - Director Hotel IT

Jérôme Destors is Director Hotel IT at Amadeus. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing Hotel IT operations worldwide as well as driving growth as the leading provider of IT services to the global hospitality industry.
Prior to this, Jerome was Commercial Director of Amadeus e-Travel division, and Director of e-Travel’s Travel Suppliers, Agencies and Portals group, based in Sophia-Antipolis, France.
Before joining Amadeus in 1996, he built an impressive technical and customer service background, having worked as IT Director of Sema Group’s Internet Competency Centre, following a variety of positions in the online services and telecoms environment.

Vic Pynn - EVP Amadeus Americas

Travel and technology veteran, Vic Pynn, directs Amadeus’ hotel consulting and IT strategy and efforts in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. He heads a dedicated team of experienced IT professionals focused on delivering transformative technologies and services to hotel companies in the region.
Previously, Vic served as Chief Operating Officer for TRX Inc., a global leader in travel technology and data services, overseeing worldwide operations, global solutions and IT. During his 15-year tenure at American Express, he held various senior positions in finance, human resources and operations.
Vic is a graduate of Seneca College of Applied Arts & Technology in Toronto, Ontario Canada, and is a Certified General Accountant.

Ray is responsible for managing and directing Amadeus’ IT sales strategy for large complex IT solutions for the Hotel, Agency and Corporate direct channels in the North America market.
Ray’s experience in the travel industry spans 30+ years, including 12 years with Continental Airlines in various senior management capacities, developing and managing airport operations programs across the U.S. and Canada. Ray also spent 10 years with American Express, providing critical account management support and consulting to the largest global enterprise corporate customers with their corporate travel, corporate card and purchasing card solutions.

Stephen Puente - Manager of Business Development Hotel IT Amadeus Americas

Stephen is a 20-plus year veteran of the travel and hospitality industry, successfully delivering technology solutions to Fortune 500 corporations, hotels, airlines and travel management companies.
In his current role as Manager of Business Development Hotel IT, he is responsible for establishing and managing strategic commercial relationships with hotel companies and delivering leading hotel technology to meet the needs of customers in the North American market.
Stephen’s early contributions at one of the original online booking tools led to some of the first direct links that changed the landscape of travel distribution. As a hotel and car product manager, Stephen challenged traditional booking methods and technology resulting in superior product functionality for customers regardless of their booking source.
