Amadeus is a leading IT solution provider to the travel and tourism industry.  As part of our continuing expansion in Asia Pacific, we are seeking to appoint experienced candidate for the following position:

 

 

Regional Manager, Corporate Solutions

(Ref : RMCS/HKG) 

Being the representative of Corporate Solutions in Hong Kong, the job holder is responsible for account development, sales and product support for all corporate solutions; develop current corporate and TMC accounts in Hong Kong market to deliver required revenue and GDS segment targets set on a per account basis; identify and capture new business opportunities within the Asia Pacific territory in the corporate and reseller sectors; provide product support both to customers and within the local Amadeus office; and actively participate in the overall marketing activities and programs.

 

· University degree in Information Technologies, Business Administration or a combination.  An MBA, project management and affiliation with professional bodies are desirable

· Minimum 5 years commercial experience in the Travel IT industry, travel consultancy or related sectors

· Experience in implementing or product management of a corporate online booking tool or ecommerce travel solution

· Excellent Product Management capabilities

· In depth understanding of airline faring, preferably in the Hong Kong market

· Ability to build commercial business cases and proposals

· Highly developed consultative selling and negotiation skills

· Strong inter-personal and networking skills, with an ability to establish key contacts at all levels of the client organisation

· A good team player with the ability to manage and synergise multi-functional teams

· Excellent understanding of the Travel and GDS industries and related technology

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

 

 

 

Account Manager, Sales (Ref : AM/HKG)

 

Being a key player in the Sales and Marketing team, the Account Manager will implement both sales and marketing activities; develop, enhance and maintain the customer relationships in order to achieve sales and revenue targets; and to participate in trade shows and organize promotional campaigns to enable sales maximization.

 

· University degree in a business related or travel/tourism discipline

· Minimum 4 years sales experience in business development, experience on travel agency, airline or related service industries are highly preferred but not a must

· Self-initiated, result & objectives oriented , team player, commitment to achieve budget

· Strong customer-centric orientation

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
