New option on PNR Extended Security (ES) – Read and Ticket Only

We are pleased to announce that Amadeus has introduced a new option on PNR extended security (ES). This new option allows you to give PNR access to your ticketing agents for ticket issuance only. In addition, you will not lose the control of your PNR.

With this ‘Read and Ticket’ ES option, your ticketing agents can view and perform ticketing functions on your PNR but they CANNOT:

1. Change or suppress passenger names
2. Add/rebook/cancel flight segments
3. Add/modify/delete contact elements
4. Split PNR
