Siem Reap Airways (FT) launch E-ticketing in Amadeus

With immediate effect, Siem Reap Airways (FT) e-ticketing is available in Amadeus. Please refer to the following guidelines for electronic ticket issuance on FT.

Explanation

Eligible E-Ticket Sectors

·      All FT operating flights

   Only flights displaying an “ E” indicator may be issued with E-ticket.

Segment Status

·   HK-confirmed , HL-waitlist and open segment with FT Record Locator

·      Passive segment is not allowed for e-ticketing

Maximum number of flight segment(s)

·      Allow maximum of 9 passengers per e-ticket transaction and 16 segments including surface sector

Name Field Requirement

·      The name field in the booking file and the name field in the E-ticket record must be matched. At all times the name field must reflect the passenger surname and full first name as per passport / ID and followed by the passenger title.

Infant E-Ticket

·      Not allowed

Group E-Ticket

·      Allowed

Auto Revalidation

l      Please contact FT ticketing office for all revalidation

E-Ticket Reissue

·      E-ticket to E-ticket, E-ticket to paper ticket and paper ticket to E-ticket

    are supported, same as paper ticket procedures. Only valid for eligible E-ticket

    sector.

E-Ticket Void

·      Same as paper ticket, applicable within BSP period

Refund Procedure

·      Same as paper ticket, please proceed with BSP guidelines

Check-In Requirement

·      Itinerary receipt should be presented upon check-in
