Hong Kong Airlines Promotional Fares in Amadeus

We are pleased to advise that HX Best Available Fares are now in Amadeus Negotiated fares for routings ex HKG to HX’s 13 destinations (CSX, FOC, HAK, KHN, KMG, KWL, NNG, SYX, SJW, TAO, TSN, XMN and HAN), travel in Business (O) or Economy (V) Class. Departure date for the promotion lasts until 27 October 2007.

Terms and Conditions:

1.          Application:  

            i.                The fares are quoted in HKD on a per passenger basis, excluding all applicable taxes and surcharges.

          ii.                Fares are valid for sale in HKG and MFM with originating from HKG only.

2.          Child Fare:    Charge 75% of the corresponding adult fare (round up to HKD10)

3.          Infant Fare:   Charge 10% of the applicable adult normal published fare

4.          Commission:  NIL

5.          Carrier Box:  HX only

6.          Fare Box:       HX published C or Y fare as appropriate

7.          Tax Box: Departure taxes/ `Q` charge/ surcharge/ fees (if any) to be collected at time of ticket issuance if applicable

8.          Tour Code:    Must be annotated with the applicable tour code shown in the fare table

9.          Date Change: Date change permitted on both outbound/inbound sectors.  Rebooking fee HKD200 will be collected at HK Airlines ticketing counter for every change as specified

10.      Open Ticket:  Confirmed reservation must be made for outbound leg of all fare types.  Open date permitted only on the return leg of business class discount fare with 60 days/ economy class discount fare with 60 days validity. 

Business class: Min/Max stay  0-60Days *Open date return allowed

Economy class:       Min/Max stay  0-60days *Open date return allowed

11.      OJ Construction:           Not permitted

12.      Mix Class:              Not permitted

13.      Endorsement Box:        Non-END/RET, refundable in issuing office only, Rebooking fee HKD200 per transaction for change of flight/date within ticket validity at HK Airline ticketing office.

14.      Min/Max Stay:       Please refer to pt.10 and insert in NVB/NVA box

15.      Voluntary Refund:        Ticket must be used in sequence, otherwise no refund will be made

i.)                  If no portion of ticket is used:

Refund will be the full amount of the fare paid, less refund charge HKD250 (wholly for HX) and any applicable service charges and communication expenses

ii.)                If a portion of ticket has been used:

Refund will be made in an amount equal to the difference, if any, between the fare paid and the corresponding fare for the travel between the points for which the ticket has been used, less refund charge HKD250 (wholly for HX) and any applicable service charge and communication expenses

16.   Reservation and ticketing must be made through Amadeus.

 

 

 

Hong Kong Airlines (HX) Best Available Fares in Amadeus

 

We are pleased to advise that HX Best Available Fares are now in Amadeus Negotiated fares for routings ex HKG to HX’s 13 destinations (CSX, FOC, HAK, KHN, KMG, KWL, NNG, SYX, SJW, TAO, TSN, XMN and HAN), travel in Business (O) or Economy (V) Class. Departure date for the promotion lasts until 27 October 2007.

 

Agents can now display, auto price PNR and issue the tickets with Amadeus Negotiated fare solution. By adding a simple option in the fare display and pricing entries, the net fare tickets would be issued automatically.

 

Benefits to Agents

 

  1. Fares are Guarantee (F, N indicator in TST): no more Agency Debit Memos!
  2. No need to learn new entries: just add the options for Negotiated Fare in PNR pricing.
  3. Automatic Fare Rule validation. 
  4. Integrated Ticketing Functions: Tour code, Endorsement, Commission etc. are pre-stored in the system thus no need for manual input.
