Saudi Arabian Airlines – Add Date of Birth into Endorsement Box of E-Ticket
Please be informed that, with immediate effect, Saudi Arabian Airlines requires all ticketing agents to insert the date of birth (DOB) detail of child and infant into the “endorsement box” of the electronic ticket (note: Child is passenger with age below 12 and above 2, paying a child fare at time of travel; Infant is passenger with age below 2 not occupying any seat, paying infant fare at time of travel).
Saudi Arabian Airlines will issue ADM marked as “NO DOB” to issuing agents if they do not follow the new rules.
