Two more carriers to launch their e-ticketing in Amadeus system

We are pleased to announce that both China Eastern Airlines (MU) and Shenzhen Airlines (ZH) have launched their e-ticketing in Amadeus system.

With the participation of these airlines, there were 67 e-ticket carriers in Hong Kong and 64 in Macau, among the most in the market.

 

For Hong Kong, the airlines are:

Eligible E-Ticket Sectors

All MU operating flights

Only flights displaying an “ E” indicator may be issued with E-ticket

Segment Status

HK-confirmed segment with MU Record Locator

Passive segment is NOT allowed for e-ticketing

Name Field Requirement

The name field in the booking file and the name field in the E-ticket record must  be matched. At all times the name field must reflect the passenger surname and full first name as passport / ID and must followed with the passenger title.

Maximum number of flight segment(s)

Allow maximum of 9 passengers per e-ticket transaction and 16 segments including surface sector

Infant E-Ticket 

Not allowed

Group E-Ticket

Not allowed

E-Ticket Reissue

E-ticket to E-ticket is supported

Only valid for eligible E-ticket sectors    

Revalidation

Please contact MU ticketing office for all revalidation

Form of Identification (FOID)

FOID is mandatory.

 

Entry: SR FOID MU-PPH1231312

H1231312  is the Passport No.

Check-In Requirement

Itinerary receipt should be presented upon check-in
