Retrieve E-ticket Passenger Itinerary Receipt (ITR) by ticket number
We are pleased to announce that e-ticket receipt is now available by using ticket number with active electronic ticket record.
The ITR is no longer “linked” to the FB element in the PNR. The FA (automated ticketed) or FHE (manual ticketed) line is used instead.
Ticket agents can also issue an ITR from the E-ticket number without having to first retrieve the PNR as long as the electronic ticket record is still active.
