Your data will form part of a file named “Marketing”, property of Amadeus IT Group S.A., domiciled in C/ Salvador de Madariaga 1, 28027, Madrid, Spain. The information that has been collected from you has been done so in order to perform the activities required by this marketing campaign.

Not providing the required data will result in the impossibility of participating in this marketing campaign.

The recipient of the information provided is Amadeus IT Group S.A. Your data may also be communicated to other companies within the Amadeus Group, or to third party companies Amadeus IT Group S.A. may contract in order to perform this marketing campaign.

You expressly and unambiguously accept the processing of your personal data by Amadeus IT Group S.A., and the communication of your data to such entities as those mentioned in section above (when applicable). Amadeus IT Group S.A. is exempt of any responsibility for this transaction. You also accept to be contacted by Amadeus by e-mail and/or by phone, for the performance of future marketing campaigns.

Once the marketing campaign is finished, Amadeus IT Group will keep the data of its participants for a further 5 years in order to have a historical and statistical participant database, as well as for other purposes. All participants will have the possibility of exercising the rights regarding their own data, in accordance with what is indicated below:
