Automate your Queue sortation process. Create your own queues, as well as your own sub-categories to the predefined queues in order to place the incoming messages/PNRs automatically to the sub-category of the user who created the PNR.  (Queue Sortation Category)

Use the predefined queues that have been programmed to receive reservations/messages of specific content, organizing this way the daily "mailing" in a travel agency. These queues are divided into sub-categories and to a date range, so that the user can recognize which are the most urgent messages he or she should work on, at a glance.
