Amadeus Interface Record Back Office (AIR Back Office) for back-office tasks offers users the possibility to transmit passenger booking and fare information (recorded at travel agencies and ATC/CTO offices to back-office systems for the purposes of accounting and cost control. The passenger booking and fare information is collected from Amadeus Passenger Name Records (PNRs) and, as such, can include flight, car, hotel.

The AIR is designed to fit with various customers’ environments, from small to large size organisations involving a single or multiple consolidation centres.

In addition, this product allows customisation of the record content and transmission criteria for an optimised processing cost.

Amadeus keeps upgrading the AIR with new information and enhanced features.

Amadeus Interface Record Back Office (AIR Back Office) can be transmitted on valuable document operations, such as issuance of tickets, miscellaneous charge orders, invoices, and vouchers, as well as document cancellation and refund operations.
