Amadeus Automated MCO is a flexible tool that enables the travel agent to issue automatically a MCO for any type of travel related service that cannot be charged to an air ticket (excess baggage, PTA etc.).

Features

• Creation of the MCO in a new or an existing PNR with or without active segments
• Possibility to have up to 127 MCOs in a single PNR
• Possibility to have multiple MCOs per passenger
• The entries for the MCO are similar to those of an air ticket
• MCO data can be transferred automatically to the Back Office
