Amadeus Product Training provides our valued user agents and new entrants the most current information on all functionality and applications, showcasing the best of Amadeus system.

 

The ambience of our training room coupled withs state–of-the-art facilities and comprehensive information on each product pass for the international standards, Amadeus has maintained over the years.

 

We run courses ranging from Amadeus Basic functionality to E-ticketing functions which are designed not only to increase the knowledge on our products but to sharpen the reflexes of our Agents to maximize the usage of Amadeus System.

TITLE

1. Amadeus Basic Functionality Course

DURATION

CONTENTS

Participants will learn to:

  • Sign-in/out of Amadeus Selling Platform
  • Encode and Decode
  • Display and interpret Amadeus availability/schedule/time-table displays
  • Creating and Pricing simple PNR
  • Modifying PNR: cancel and re-book
  • Other Service segments: Meal request, Frequent flyer card number, seat allotments, ticket number
  • Check my trip

OBJECTIVE

Participants will be able to interpret Amadeus availability displays and sell using cryptic entries

Participants will learn to:

  • Sign-in/out Amadeus Selling Platform
  • Encode and Decode
  • Display and interpret Amadeus availability / schedule/time-table displays
  • Sell from Amadeus availability display
  • Create and Pricing simple PNR, Air, Fares, Hotel, Car, queues, Profile Command page, Smart Keys and Timatic
  • Cancel and re-book itinerary
  • Enter other PNR elements
  • Access Check my trip

OBJECTIVE

Using this user-friendly graphic interface to access Amadeus Selling Platform to perform entries that will otherwise require crypt entries.
