Amadeus Policy Arranger

Amadeus Policy Arranger is a browser-based graphical user interface that enables travel consultants to easily build Organisation Profiles

The Amadeus Customer Server manages millions of profiles for thousands of companies and travel agencies around the world. Many of the Customer Server users are large, international corporations or travel agencies with corporate structure of subsidiary companies and branches. Typically, each subsidiary or branch has its own profile with its own set of travel policies and agency agreements. But being part of a larger organization, they may also need to comply with policies and agreements lay down at a higher level within the corporate hierarchy.

Policy arranger helps travel agents manage this situation. The policy arranger shows parent-child relationships between the different company or agency profiles within the overall corporate or agency organization.

When the travel agent retrieves a company-associated traveler profile and invokes the Travel Choice option, the Customer Server automatically checks the travel policies in:

Ø      The traveler’s profile
Ø      The travel’s company profile
Ø      Each parent profile Further up the organization.
