Amadeus will provide L'AlianXa with Agency Manager Product

Amadeus has signed the first contract with L’AlianXa Travel Network (LTN) in order to provide this customer with AGM (Agency Manager) product. This contract enables Amadeus to have this product in all LATAM and gives us the possibility of using the same consolidated tool in the 18 countries of the region.

This contract enables Amadeus to have this product in all LATAM and gives us the possibility of using the same consolidated tool in the 18 countries of the region.

AGM is an invoicing and customer management tool for corporative agencies which simplifies the agencies MID office processes.

This tool enables our customers to automate the sales and post-sales management process and to have better access to customers’ consumption data.

AGM makes it possible for Amadeus to be present in the customers’ process thereby, increasing customer loyalty.

AGM is in production in Panama as from 01 August and will reach México by November 2008.
