Handi Project
Amadeus is an equal opportunity employer

Since its creation, Amadeus has had an international and multicultural approach to its worldwide activity. We believe that multiplicity and diversity encourage high levels of creativity.
The Amadeus Sophia Antipolis campus is built on a spirit of diversity, with employees of different ages, nationalities, genders, experiences, education, ethnic groups and disabilities, creating a unique environment in which all employees can thrive.
Here at Amadeus, we don’t believe that any kind of diversity should prevent people from participating and sharing our work, our success and our vision of the future. We feel that diversity creates a welcoming and supportive work environment, in which individuals can pull together and strive for excellence.
That is why Amadeus in Sophia Antipolis has created an initiative called the 'Amadeus Handi Project'. Our main goals are to:
- continue to maintain staff members in their position or research other possibilities for them after an accident, an illness etc. and to adapt their working space and/or hours if necessary
- enlarge our pool of competencies by developing the recruitment of disabled people in cooperation with external organisations (i.e. dedicated associations, high schools) initialize internal communication about disability (documentation, presentations)
In order to be successful, Amadeus works closely with several associations such as Adapt, Handyjob and Hanploi, however we can't do it without YOU.
Help us strive for excellence and encourage diversity by sending your CV to handiproject@amadeus.com
