I am pleased to announce that the 2012 Business Travel News European Travel Management Practices Study is now available for download. For this breakthrough study, of which we were one of five sponsors, BTN surveyed 110 of our global corporate contacts in order to better understand the corporate travel market, its dynamics, and how the industry is evolving.
The study incorporates respondents from Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Russia, Sweden, and The Netherlands with an emphasis on understanding and predicting business travel infrastructure, expenditures and technology use, and the use of travel management best practices.
Additionally, the study identifies the commonalities and differences of European corporate travel buyer programs in addition to policies and supplier interactions by country, including legal, cultural, technological and other factors.
This is truly a landmark study in that it will help define the European business travel marketplace and how corporate travel is managed within it while establishing a baseline for future comparison.
I am confident that this investment in thought leadership will enable us to continue to provide innovative technology solutions to help our customers adapt, grow, and succeed.
