The travel industry is experiencing changes in the ways travel providers distribute their content and travel sellers present that content to consumers. Travellers are faced with an abundance of choice: from airline websites, travel agencies, and metasearch comparison to everything from a la carte unbundling to personalized service packaging.
With all of these changes in mind, we’ve commissioned the London School of Economics to conduct an independent and objective analysis of the travel distribution industry today and over the next 10 years. We’re doing this because we believe bringing all stakeholders together to discuss the future of our industry is vital for our continued success.
