We all love the unspoilt, natural atmosphere of a small, rural hotel but, from a business perspective, do you ever wonder how such a remote hotel can find enough visitors to survive?
Many small hotels are reliant on word of mouth and local knowledge alone for visitors. Yet in today’s world, there is much that technology can do to develop and strengthen their businesses.
Following on from our first CSR blog post, I’d like to give an insight into our Small Hotels distribution project. The initiative is aimed at helping hotels that do not have the resources to market their offering through professional sales outlets, as the video below explains.
