The austere traveller“The Austere Traveller: the effect of corporate cutbacks on hotels”is a global survey of business travellers commissioned by Amadeus from the Economist Intelligence Unit and looks at questions such as “What type of hotel is most likely to benefit from this new atmosphere of austerity? As business travellers of all budgets shift down a gear, what are the hallmarks of good service to today’s business travellers?”

Future traveller tribes“Future Traveller Tribes” brings together major trends in consumer behaviour, geo-economics/ politics and technology to understand what the most dominant and interesting groups of travellers will be in the next 10-15 years.
