It provides a repository of operational data gathered from the Agency Manager and allows users to present or analyse that data. Travel agencies can offer their corporate customers access to their personal data via the Management Information System interface, providing them with instantly updateable reports. 

Flexibility is a major component of the system as it provides users with the ability to create their own standard or ad-hoc reports. Information can be viewed at the highest level and optionally “drilled down” into minute details. Amadeus Management Information System is hosted in a secure environment at the Amadeus Data Centre in Erding, thus your important business data is secured not only physically but also using a range of security options provided within the application.

Access to the system via the Internet allows easy deployment of the solution to both internal users and corporate customers. In addition it is available to all users, whether based in an office or travelling, to retrieve the information and reports they need, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from anywhere in the world.
