Amadeus Belgium was founded in 1989. It was the first Amadeus Commercial Organization (ACO) outside the home markets of the Amadeus founders. Amadeus Belgium rapidly extended its market share and grew rapidly in a competitive market.

In 1995, Amadeus Belgium opened a branch office in the Netherlands and changed its name to Amadeus Belgium & the Netherlands. Two years later, the development of Amadeus was extended to Luxembourg.

Currently, Amadeus Benelux has approximately 70 employees, 3 offices and an impressive customer portfolio. Amadeus Benelux is the market leader in travel distribution in the Benelux.

Today, Amadeus Benelux offers a complete software- and service package in the area of reservations, internet booking engine, corporate products, mid & back office solutions and integration with third party software. These products and services cover the entire travel management process.
