Amadeus apoints new Customer Relationship Manager
Amadeus, is pleased to announce the appointment of Roy Grundel as Client Relationship Manager Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania
Sydney, 30 July 2007: Based in Melbourne, Grundel is focused on working with Amadeus’ existing customers in the southern states, ensuring they get the most out of their chosen solution. Applying Amadeus’ partnership approach, he will work with travel businesses to understand their needs and deliver solutions that drive growth and profitability.
Grundel’s career in the travel industry spans 17 years; he has worked with companies such as Club Med, Lauda Air and Austrian Airlines in various roles including Airport Manager, Duty Manager, Reservations Sales Manager and Sales Executive.
Grundel’s strong industry background and thorough knowledge of travel IT makes him a strong addition to the Amadeus IT Pacific team.
