Amadeus Virtual Training
Virtual Training allows you to participate in a live training environment without the need to travel resulting in minimal disruption to day-to-day operations. You attend the training, participate in lab exercises, ask questions, and receive feedback, just as you would do in a conventional classroom, except that, you do this from the convenience of your desk or any other location where there is an Internet connection. Course content is concise and based around maximising use of the Amadeus system’s vast array of features
NEW: Amadeus is now introducing Amadeus Virtual Thursdays, in which every first Thursday of the month Amadeus customers will be able to attend the latest Amadeus training courses directly from their desks.
Classroom Training
Classroom training is the most effective way for new Amadeus customers to gain confidence in the Amadeus GDS and gain an indepth knowledge of its many features and benefits. Amadeus conducts a four day Introduction and three day Conversion course for new customers migrating to Amadeus. Other courses offered include one day Introduction to Fares & Ticketing course and half day Hotels and Cars course.
Amadeus Learning City
Amadeus Learning City provides a full suite of online, interactive learning tools to enable you to quickly expand your knowledge and build the skills needed to remain successful in today’s dynamic travel environment.
Regardless of your current proficiency level, there is something for everyone in Amadeus Learning City from 'A Day in the Life of a Travel Agent' (which familiarises a 'newcomer' with the basic Amadeus functionality required to become operational in a travel agency) to courses that covers many aspects of Amadeus system functionality.
