Amadeus continues to grow with strong additions to its team in Australia and New Zealand
Andrew Paton-Smith’s main focus is ensuring Amadeus’ solutions are aligned with customer and industry needs to provide solutions that drive growth and profitability through the provision of customer consultancy. Amadeus fosters a genuine partnership relationship with its customers, providing not only technology but also the support and consultancy needed for a profitable business. Paton-Smith brings to the Amadeus team more than eight years travel industry experience, holding positions including Head of Technology with QBT and APAC Regional IT Director for Navigant, a large corporate travel management company.
Fiona Coorey joins Amadeus in her role as Solutions Delivery Consultant, being the primary resource for the implementation and training of Amadeus’ state-of-the-art integrated mid and back office solutions, Amadeus Sales Management Solution and Amadeus Sales Management Express. Prior to joining Amadeus, Coorey gained eight years experience in consulting, implementations, training and supporting the Calypso Travel System working for Tourism Technology.
Ana Duarte joins the Amadeus team as Product Manager and Trainer for Amadeus e-Travel Management, the corporate travel management solution Amadeus offers to corporations and business focused agencies. Duarte will also be responsible for directing the roadmap of developments and enhancements of Amadeus e-Travel Management over the next 12 months and moving forward. Duarte’s career in the travel industry spans fifteen years in various roles including working in Departure Operations for Qantas, managing Airline disruptions and seating issues; and more recently as a Business Analyst, testing functionality for a major project which saw Qantas complete migration to Amadeus Altea Customer Management Solution.
Anne Ffrench and Natalie Chiera join the Amadeus team as Customer Relationship Managers. Based in Melbourne both Ffrench and Chiera’s focus will be on working with Amadeus’ existing customers in the southern states, ensuring they get the most out of their chosen solution. Applying Amadeus’ partnership approach, they will work with travel businesses to understand their needs and deliver solutions that drive growth and profitability.
