Amadeus partners with Worldhotels to launch competition to AU and NZ travel agencies

Sydney, 15 April 2008AMADEUS, the largest provider of technology to the Australian and New Zealand travel and tourism industry, has recently announced a partnership promotion with Worldhotels, an established global hotel group for independent hotels and regional hotel brands, rewarding agents for hotel bookings between 1 April  and 30 June.

The ‘Open the door & See more’ campaign enables agents who register for one of Amadeus’ hotel training courses to enter the promotion for their chance to win fantastic prizes ranging from digital cameras and iPods to Westfield vouchers and movie passes. Training on how to book Amadeus Hotels can be completed either through classroom courses, Amadeus Virtual Classroom or online via Amadeus Learning City, which is accessed via the internet, and enables agents to undertake courses remotely at any time and at their own pace. Major prizes will be determined by growth in hotel bookings over the promotion period; however spot prizes can be awarded for anything, at any time.

In addition, throughout the month of May Worldhotels is giving you chance to win some fantastic accommodation packages simply by making bookings with Worldhotels.

To enter the competition agents need to visit www.au.amadeus.com/hotelspromo and register.
