Over the years, close collaboration has been established with research teams in leading institutes throughout the world, such as Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston (on revenue management mathematics) and ETH - Swiss Federal Institute of Technology - in Zurich (on high performance systems engineering).
Amadeus has a proven track record of working in partnership with our customers on large projects.
- Amadeus and Qantas have been working together since 2000 for inventing Altéa, the next generation Passenger Services System. With the recent migration of Qantas to the new check-in and flight boarding functions, the Australian airline is the first to become fully operational on the entire Altéa platform. Our unique community approach to the development of airline IT solutions reinforces our position as a true partner to our customers.
- Our new Amadeus Airline Retailing Platform was developed in collaboration with major carriers across the globe and combines the strengths of the GDS- global reach and higher value sales - with the efficiency, target marketing and brand differentiation of the online direct channel.
