Real-time schedule and availability requests for travel agents

Amadeus Access Update lets travel agents work in real-time, as if they were using your own system to perform schedule and availability requests. It complements Amadeus Access Sell to create principal neutral displays which reflect schedule and availability information as stored in your inventory.

How does it work?

• travel agents have access to your real-time schedule and availability information via  principal, neutral displays
• neutral displays are based on SSIM and ASM messages from your inventory (Dynamic Schedules feature)
• alternatively and in case you do not support SSIM and ASM, you can send us your flight schedules directly using IATA chapter 7 file (Daily Schedule Update feature) 
• last-seat availability information is based on NAVS messages from your inventory (Numeric Availability feature)
