Amadeus Prepaid Ticketing Services allows travel agents, designated by you, create Prepaid Ticket Advice (PTA) on your behalf. PTAs are processed in a fully automated manner with all the required information transmitted directly to your PTA desk; all you need do is issue the ticket.
How does it work?

travel agents input PTA information directly into a PNR via pre-formatted update panels or using standard cryptic entries

PNR-PTA is automatically transmitted from the agent’s terminal to a location determined by you – it can be queue placed to your ticket office or sent to your pre-designated point via a teletype message

ticketing checks are carried out automatically at PTA creation

PTA can cover any type of charge from basic fares to upgrades and excess baggage
