With Amadeus PNR Claim travel agents can retrieve PNRs initially created in your system and, if allowed, take control of them for the purpose of ticket fulfilment or further PNR servicing.

PNR is built in our system at end of transaction and automatically redisplayed to the agent

all airlines in the itinerary are notified of a new locator and controlling system

two communication methods are available for PNR Claim: terminal emulation or IATA EDIFACT
